Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

After a computer conference in Vancouver, we took a day for R&R.

First stop was the Capilano Suspension Bridge.  Of the four people in our group, only two were willing to cross the bridge.  The first photo is from the far side - "we made it!".  The second is a postcard.

Then we drove to Grouse Mountain and took the cable car to the complex part way up the mountain for lunch at the restuarant.  You can see the cables above the parking lot.  Second photo is the complex with skylift on the left.

After lunch, the two adventurous souls in the group took the skylift to the peak.  It wasn't dangerous and the view was really worth it.

Later we took an evening cruise.  That's the Lions Gate Bridge and sunset thru a sailboat.
